Michael Zoglio, CBI

Michael J. Zoglio, is a Certified Business Intermediary with 30 years experience managing, buying and selling businesses for himself and others. Mike is a member of the Business Enterprise Institute, the leading authority on exit planning and implementation strategy.

He is the former owner of Eastern Data Graphics, Inc. (a leader in specialty printing, data processing and fulfillment services) and Tower Hill Press (publisher of business and personal development books). Mike is also a director of Team Capital Bank with branches in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mike manages all aspects of the exit planning process, from establishing objectives and coordinating with your other trusted advisors to successfully implement your customized plan.
