He was the founder and president of Eastern Data Graphics, Inc. a leader in specialty printing and data processing services to the oil and chemicals industries; and of Tower Hill Press, publisher of business and personal development books. He is also a director of Team Capital Bank.

Mike is responsible for managing the process of each client engagement to a successful conclusion.

Suzanne W. Zoglio, PhD is an organizational psychologist, a skilled negotiator and a nationally recognized expert in team-building, managing change, and executive coaching.

Her experience ranges from working with family-owned businesses to the board rooms of Fortune 100 corporations.

Dr. Zoglio is our chief organizational consultant and works with our clients throughout the sale process to ensure a smooth transition for the buyers, and the sellers and their families.

Lawrence Brotzge is a CPA and former Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Providian Direct ( insurance ), now a division of Aegon N.V.

He is a seasoned management consultant, negotiator and investor with over 30 years experience in financial management, strategic planning, and M&A deal-making for regional, national and multi-national companies.

Larry is our lead financial analyst/consultant and advisor on capital formation matters, with particular expertise in early-stage technology businesses.
